The Utah House of Representatives believes in protecting and standing up for Utahns’ Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. We are committed to preserving that right while working to keep our communities safe.
In recent years, we have worked to uphold Second Amendment protections while advancing practical measures aimed at reducing risk and preventing harm. These efforts include supporting initiatives that promote firearm safety training, increasing awareness around safe storage practices, and ensuring that law enforcement have the tools they need to respond to potential threats.
