2025 HOUSE MAJORITY CAUCUS PRIORITIES
FOR UTAH
A Bold Vision, A Bright Future
2025 SESSION ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Thank you, Utah
During this past session, we worked hard to ensure that Utah remains the best state in the Nation for generations to come. We raised teacher pay by $1,446, expanded career and technical education, and made school more affordable for families. We improved water infrastructure and streamlined transportation to better support daily life. We delivered real tax relief by cutting income taxes, expanding the child tax credit, and eliminating social security taxes for many. We also took bold action to fight crime and passed key election security measures to protect the integrity of your vote. These wins reflect our commitment to a stronger, safer Utah for all.

2025 POLICY PRIORITIES

EDUCATION
We are committed to an education system that prepares the rising generation for the challenges and opportunities of the modern world.

AFFORDABILITY
We will continue to protect Utah's economic success through fiscal responsibility and policies that keep taxes low and ease the strain on household budgets.

INFRASTRUCTURE
By investing in robust energy, transportation, and water infrastructure, we will create a prosperous and thriving state for generations to come.

SAFE COMMUNITIES
As we take on growing challenges, such as the fentanyl crisis and illegal immigration, we will build on past investments and policies to deter crime, hold offenders accountable, and reduce recidivism.

ACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT
By fighting back against federal overreach, keeping state agencies accountable, and improving Utah's election processes, we will ensure a responsive state government for our citizens.
A MESSAGE FROM THE MAJORITY LEADER
A NOTE FROM THE HOUSE MAJORITY CAUCUS
Utahns,
You elected us to take your voice to the Utah House of Representatives.
As we listened to you across our districts, we took to heart your challenges, accomplishments, and issues. We hope this policy roadmap reflects your voice and builds on Utah’s rock-solid foundation as the best-managed, most philanthropic, happiest, and freest state in the nation.
While every community is unique, we heard the same calls for leaders who support strong families and safe communities, cut red tape and slash taxes, and fight to bring down costs for everyday Utahns.
Guided by time-tested conservative principles, the Utah House Majority is committed to passing a common-sense agenda that serves this generation and the next.
Thank you for supporting good governance in the Beehive State. It’s the honor of our lifetime to work for you.
With appreciation,
The Utah House Majority Caucus
